Most people stopped half way when trying to figure out their chosen careers simply because they didn’t know how to kill their fears. This article should be of help to those that are wishing to get rit of their fears.

To face your fears

1. Identify that your fear: identify the specific fear or fears that you want to face and be ready to do anything to get rid of it (nothing good comes easy.)

2. Acknowledge and accept the fear: accept that you have fear and that it’s okay to feel vulnerable.

3. Reframe the fear: reframe the fear from a negative to a positive perspective. Let all you will channel your energy on be the good things you wish to achieve.

4. Set goals: set achievable goals to overcome the fear and be passionate about achieving anything you dream of.

5. Practice deep breathing: practice deep breathing to calm nerves and reduce anxiety.

6. Lean on support: reach out to friends, family or a therapist for support.

7. Seek inspiration: look for role models or others who have similar fears and overcome them.

8. Make a plan: create a plan for how to face the fear and take action towards overcoming it.

9. Take small steps: take small steps towards the fear, even if it requires stepping outside your comfort zone.

With all these few points of mine, I believed fears should be tackled with our actions and everything we try to put in place for ourselves.
